Project Manager/Manager (m/w/d)

With a 30-year history as an architectural firm Rüdiger Franke, we have repositioned ourselves at the beginning of 2019 with a new focus. We are active in construction project management, HOAI performance phases 6-9, and real estate consulting, advising prominent German and European investors.

Tasks

• Representation and consultation of clients in building and real estate projects
• Control of planners, object supervisors, contractors, and service providers
• Contract, quality, cost, and deadline control, project and construction status analyses
• Rendering services as needed from the area of performance phases 6-9 of the HOAI

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in architecture, civil engineering, project management (construction), or industrial engineering (construction)
• At least 2 years of practical experience in planning, construction supervision, or project management (construction)
• Zestful, self-reliant, and reliable working style with high comprehension ability and a lot of initiative
• Communication skills, German language proficiency at least C2 level, good English language skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of architectural, construction, and contract law, as well as technical regulations
• Passion for achieving the best result in the tension between quality, cost, and deadlines
