Project management in online marketing means at our company not, managing tickets. It means leading customer relationships, shaping channel decisions, and holding together a team of specialists.

AI is changing how we work and what customers expect. We are looking for someone who sees this as an opportunity and can do both: think strategically and implement hands-on.

Aufgaben

What you'll be doing

• You lead customer relationships: goals and roadmaps are defined together with customers, kick-offs, quarter reviews, and journal fixes are at your discretion
• You connect stakeholders on the customer side and internally, maintain contact with management, departments, marketing, sales, and IT, and bring everyone to the table
• You design strategies, make channel mix decisions (SEO/GEO, SEA, Social, Tracking), and identify growth levers
• You use AI actively in daily work: for research, analysis, content design, automation.
• You are responsible for performance and reporting, create reports with clear recommendations and next steps instead of just data lists
• You also roll up your sleeves and set measures in selected projects operationally
• You shape the PM department actively with: standards, learnings, methods

How the job looks like in detail

• You work on multiple customer projects simultaneously and are the central point of contact for your customers
• You prioritize your tasks independently, represent your opinions to customers, and coordinate your team of specialists
• Not every strategy works at first. What matters is how you deal with it
• You work with existing customer relationships and incoming inquiries

Qualification

• At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, account management or comparable independent activities
• You want to lead customer relationships, not just manage them. You understand business models, set priorities together, and make decisions with others
• You have knowledge in at least one online marketing area (e.g. SEO/GEO, SEA, Social, Tracking) and the motivation to learn about other areas
• Ai is a tool for you that you regularly use. You know where it pays off and where not, and you're curious about what's next
• You work structured and independently, even with multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders parallel
• You have German language skills at the C1 level
