Project Manager in the Field of Photovoltaics and Electromobility (m/w/d)

We are a dynamically growing company in the field of renewable energies. Our focus lies on customized planning, project development, and implementation of photovoltaic roof systems for demanding private customers as well as for the commercial sector. To drive the energy transition comprehensively forward, we combine our solar systems directly with modern e-mobility solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and engaged project leader (m/w/d) with a solid engineering background.

Tasks

• Overall Project Leadership: You manage complex PV roof system projects (private and commercial sector) as well as the integration of charging infrastructure (wallboxes, charging columns) from technical conception to commissioning.
• Interface Function: You are the central, competent point of contact for our private and commercial customers, our installation teams, authorities, and network operators.
• Building Site Management & Coordination: You coordinate installation teams on site and ensure a smooth construction progress at the objects.
• Quality and Cost Control: You monitor budgets, deadlines, and the strict adherence to applicable quality and safety standards (e.g. VDE guidelines).
• Network Connection & Bureaucracy: You handle technical and administrative processes for network connection and registration of the systems with energy suppliers in a legally secure manner.

Qualification

• Educational Background: Successfully completed studies in engineering (electrical engineering, industrial engineering, renewable energies or comparable).
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of solid professional experience in project leadership within the PV industry, ideally with touchpoints to the topic of charging infrastructure.
• Linguistic Skills: German on a native speaker level (C2) in writing and speaking is absolutely required to conduct complex contracts, correspondence with authorities, and advisory conversations without errors.
• Know-how: Secure knowledge of designing roof systems and storage systems (e.g. with PV*SOL) as well as experience in handling project management tools.
• Personality: High customer orientation for dealing with private and commercial customers, assertiveness, organizational skills, and regional travel readiness.
• Driver's License: Class B driver's license.
