You bring fundamental technical knowledge, economic understanding and experience in project management with?
You want to be responsible for challenging national and international large-scale projects, lead teams, coordinate subcontractors and stand directly in customer contact?
Then we offer you a responsible position as Project Leader:in in the Multiservice sector – with diverse design possibilities, strategic significance and long-term perspective.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Project leadership / construction management of multiservice projects including resource management, team coordination and contact with the client
• Coordination of subcontractors under technical, contractual and economic aspects
• Taking over of additional management and accounting, including damage and risk management
• Self-initiated market research and customer care
• Accompanying conceptual themes and actively taking over operational tasks, including obtaining and processing business information, conducting research, preparing and analyzing evaluations, defining and implementing measure packages
• Preparation of offers for national and international large-scale projects
• Quality control and assurance

Qualification

• Degree in Geosciences, Water Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Multiple years of relevant professional experience
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• First-hand experience with CRM and reporting tools like Dynamics 365 and Power BI is advantageous.
• Driver's license class B and willingness to project-related deployments
• Authorization to work in Germany and openness to collaboration in an international environment
• Knowledge of the Building Code (VOB) is advantageous
• Fluent German, very good English skills desired
• Travel readiness within Germany
• Communication-, coordination-, organization- and criticism skills
• Initiative, analytical and strategic thinking and acting
• Flexible and self-reliant working style as well as team spirit
