We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for a project to introduce an integrated solution for anonymized and synthetic test data. The focus is on the secure provision of customer-free data for development and test environments, as well as the functional, technical, and organizational management from solution development to commissioning.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop an optimal solution approach based on stakeholder requirements and the target picture for the test environments and specify it in a detailed functional and IT concept

• Prepare decision-making bases for management, including business case, cost-benefit analysis, risks, and feasibility

• If necessary, prepare RFP documents, coordinate vendors, and organize the evaluation, including assessment, scoring, and decision-making bases, up to the selection of a solution for the PoC

• Conceive, plan, and execute the Proof of Concept, clarify objectives and governance as well as risk issues, coordinate the execution, verify results, and prepare the final report and recommendation

• Prepare the contractual basis with suppliers for implementation and operation

• Plan, manage, and coordinate the project from initialization to the commissioning of the first development environment, including schedule, budget, and quality control, risk management, stakeholder management, team coordination, and reporting to steering committees

• Develop the operating and role model

• Lead the implementation phase and integrate the solution, including interfaces to source systems and databases, into the existing system and tool landscape and transfer it into an operational solution

• Set up and commission a CID-free development environment with data from the solution system and ensure compliance-compliant access for external development teams

• Develop a governance-compliant verification process to check test environments for the absence of CID

• Coordinate with IT, development, testing, architecture, data protection, legal and compliance, risk, governance, information security, and third-party risk to ensure project requirements are considered

• Create the necessary documentation and regulations on policies, processes, operating concept, and roles and responsibilities

• Plan and manage the implementation of change management, including communication, training, and handover to operations



Must-Have Requirements

• Extensive experience in several projects in the field of test data management and data anonymization/data masking or creation of synthetic test data in the banking environment

• Practical experience with several Test Data Management solutions or in-house developments

• At least 5 years of experience in project management for complex IT and integration projects

• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially Swiss data protection law (DSG) and FINMA requirements

• Proven experience in collaborating with the areas of Governance, Risk, Compliance, Data Protection, and Security

• Sound technical understanding of databases, interfaces, environments, and CI/CD management

• Fluent German language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken

• English language skills at C1 level

• Strong self-organization, assertiveness, and solution-orientation

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on operational tasks

• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders



Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Several years of experience in test management in demanding environments, ideally with ISTQB Advanced certification and preferably in the banking or financial services sector

• Experience with Finnova as a core banking system

• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence
