Project Manager for Software Products in Public Transportation (m/w/d) in Darmstadt

As part of our project management team, you will take on a central role in the steering and implementation of web-based software solutions in public transportation. You are the decisive interface between our customers and development, ensuring that both customer-oriented and internal development projects are successfully implemented.

Aufgaben

• Planning, steering, and implementation of software projects in the public transportation field
• Caring for existing customers as well as actively expanding key accounts and new customer relationships
• Taking on, coordinating, and structuring customer requirements
• Translating technical requirements into executable specifications for development
• Organizing and moderating cooperation between customers and the development team
• Documented requirements, processes, and project results
• Quality control and testing of new features
• Using and maintaining ticket systems (e.g. Jira)
• Active participation in internal projects and processes

Qualifikation

• Experience in managing software projects
• Outstanding technical understanding
• Safe handling of ticket systems
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers and internal teams
• A structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style
• Readiness to take responsibility and drive projects forward actively
• Experience in the public transportation field is advantageous but not a must-have
• At least 50% of your working time, preferably full-time
• Team spirit, own ideas, and a good dose of humor
