We are looking for a reliable individual to expand our team in the Projects & Operations department. For this position, we are seeking a(n) Project Manager (Fokus BPO) (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

As a Project Manager for our BPO solutions (Business Process Outsourcing), you will be the central interface and trusted advisor for our customers. Your goal is to not only accept customer wishes but also actively shape them. You understand the customer's business so well that you can translate their vision into efficient, modeled business processes.

Your tasks:

• Proactive customer consulting: You act as a technological partner on an equal footing, recognize optimization potential at the customer from scratch, and present convincing solution proposals.
• Requirements definition & Consulting: In workshops, you moderate the intake of customer requirements and conduct a critical consultation („Consultative Selling“) to find the technically best solution.
• Business process modeling: You visualize and structure complex workflows, make them accessible for the customer, and serve as the „Architect“ of the outsourcing solution.
• Stakeholder management: You lead communication with contact partners on a professional and IT level and keep all parties proactively informed about project progress.
• Steering implementation: While you understand technical depth, you delegate development to specialists and focus on ensuring that the end product meets the defined customer needs.

Qualifikation

What you should bring:

• Communication strength: You possess excellent people skills, can translate complex technical connections into a customer-friendly manner, and are confident in presentations.
• Counseling competence: You work well with customers together, are empathetic, and can moderate even difficult conversation situations souveran and solution-oriented.
• Methodology: Funded knowledge in business process modeling and requirements management (Requirements Engineering).
• Technical understanding: You are not a programmer, but understand the logic of IT systems, interfaces, and data flows well enough to advise customers.
• Software knowledge: You are familiar with the use of Trello, Confluence, and Google Workspace
• Proactivity: You do not wait for instructions but drive topics forward independently and seek out customer conversations.
