Aufgaben

• E-Commerce and Migration Projects: Your focus lies in taking over customer projects in the area of Shop migration across all project phases – from initial requirement analysis to go-live, to maintenance of the shop.
• Project Management and Coordination: As Project Owner, you create detailed project plans, steer and coordinate operational teams for the implementation of projects (design and development) and ensure the quality of the work results.
• Stakeholder Management: As a point of contact, you engage in close and regular consultations with your customers, clarify requirements, and maintain realistic expectations through recurring reports.
• Process Optimization: You ensure compliance with standards and question the status quo to continuously optimize processes.

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field; practical experience is more important than a master's degree.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation projects – ideally in software implementations – or similar change projects led by you.
• You have already worked in an agile working environment, are familiar with the methods, and ideally have some experience in leading project teams.
• You master project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and use them to efficiently set up and optimize processes.
• You bring a structured and organized work approach and consider project and stakeholder management among your strengths.
• You enjoy working at interfaces, resourcefully allocate resources from different teams, and steer – and act hands-on.
• You have a desire for self-responsibility, appear confident in customer contact, and behave loadable and solution-oriented – even when not everything goes according to plan.

No Shopify expert yet, but fit in transformation projects? Perfect – we'll develop you into a Shopify expert. What matters most is your passion for E-commerce and migration projects.
