Project Manager Digitalization & Process Optimization Production (m/w/d)

We are looking for a project manager digitalization & process optimization production (m/w/d) to support the team of one of our important customers immediately. The position is to be filled in an unlimited term.

Tasks

• Identification and analysis of potential for process optimization, digitalization, and automation in production
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of digitalization and automation projects: from requirement analysis to successful introduction
• SUPPORT FOR OPTIMIZING EXISTING SYSTEMS AS WELL AS INTRODUCING NEW SYSTEMS (e.g. BDE, MES, PPS, ERP) TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY, AND RESOURCE EFFICIENCY
• Evaluation and use of technologies, e.g. robotics, cobots, KI-based solutions
• Change management: SUPPORT FOR IMPLEMENTING CHANGES AND INTRODUCING NEW SYSTEMS
• Process documentation
• Interface between the individual departments, e.g. production departments, IT and digitalization as well as external partners
• PARTICIPATION IN THE DIGITALIZATION STRATEGY AND CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITALIZATION AND AUTOMATION IN PRODUCTION

Qualification

• Completed technical degree, e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology or comparable
• Multiple years of experience in the production environment with a focus on digitalization or process optimization
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, lean production, robotics and industry 4.0
• Experience in project management
• High implementation strength and self-initiative
• Communication strength and change management competence: Enjoy changes, drive them forward and convince colleagues
• Fundamental knowledge of working with e.g. KI-based tools, interest in new technologies and independent further development in these areas
• Fluent German skills are absolutely required
