Digital Project Manager (m/f/d)
Job description
You are the linchpin of successful digital projects, always keeping an eye on budgets, timings, and resources. You advise your clients at eye level, effortlessly gather requirements, structure them, and thus create the basis for successful collaboration. Internally, you coordinate priorities and deadlines, enabling your team to work in a self-organized and goal-oriented manner. Thanks to your technical understanding, you maintain an overview even with complex projects and ensure high quality within the planned time and budget framework with friendly determination.
Responsibilities
This is what you will do
You manage complex digital projects and bring them to success, taking budget, time, and quality into account.
You coordinate resources and timings, keep an eye on risks, and take early countermeasures if projects deviate from the agreed scope.
You are the central point of contact for your clients, moderate meetings, and ensure clear and binding communication.
You gather, structure, and prioritize requirements, and together with the team, ensure an implementable and well-maintained backlog.
You keep an eye on the economic viability of your projects and take care of project controlling, billing, and change requests.
Qualifications
This is what you bring
You have extensive experience in managing digital projects and a very good technical understanding, especially in TYPO3 and/or Shopware.
You are not just superficially familiar with Jira, but work confidently with backlogs, tickets, epics, sprints, and agile workflows.
You think entrepreneurially, goal-orientedly, and analytically, and maintain an overview even with multiple parallel topics.
You enjoy communicating and do it very well: empathetic, binding, and flexible enough for a wide range of clients and a diverse, interdisciplinary team.
You work reliably, structured, and independently, enjoy pitching in, and feel comfortable in an agile working environment.
You are AI-savvy, naturally use AI in your daily work, and are eager to continuously develop your work and our processes with it.
Very good German language skills (at least C1) complete your profile.
