Aufgaben

Project management is not just pushing tasks for you, but strategic guidance? You think in roadmaps, budgets, and stakeholders instead of to-do lists? Perfect.

As a project manager:in in the agency field, you take overall responsibility for digital projects – from planning to implementation to successful go-live. You keep threads together, moderate between customer and team, and ensure that strategy becomes measurable results.

You work closely with interdisciplinary teams from strategy, creation, content, performance, and tech, and are the central interface between customer and implementation.

Your tasks in detail:

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung komplexer Digital- und Marketingprojekte
• Planung von Projektzielen, Budgets, Timings und Ressourcen
• Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Kundenbeziehungen auf Augenhöhe
• Strukturierte Übersetzung von Anforderungen in klare Briefings für Design & Tech
• Moderation von Projektmeetings, Workshops und Abstimmungen
• Proaktives Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement
• Sicherstellung einer effizienten internen Zusammenarbeit
• Controlling von Projektfortschritt, Wirtschaftlichkeit und KPIs
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Projektstandards

Qualifikation

You bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the agency or digital field
• Nachweislich successfully steered projects with budget and result responsibility
• Very strong Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Ausgeprägtes Stakeholder-Management und Beratungskompetenz
• Hohes Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Gutes technisches Verständnis (Web, CMS, Performance Marketing, Tracking, Schnittstellen etc.)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools und agilen Methoden
• Fähigkeit, strategisch zu denken and operatively to implement
• Eigenverantwortung, Klarheit und ein gesunder Pragmatismus
