You are the central operational interface between strategy, customers, and implementation.

As a project manager, you ensure that campaigns are implemented quickly, cleanly, and efficiently – without friction.

Perfect for you if you already have agency experience and know how important speed, structure, and clean processes are.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Operational Implementation: Independent execution and technical implementation of marketing tasks and campaigns in daily business.
• Daily Management & Ticketing: Structured recording, processing, and follow-up of all incoming tasks and customer inquiries.
• Fast Customer Communication: Ensuring extremely short response times. Customers receive initial feedback or interim responses to inquiries promptly (e.g., within 30 to 60 minutes).
• Coordination: Steering the collaboration with internal teams (e.g., graphics and copy). You create briefs, define clear deadlines, and use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) for smooth workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Initiation, coordination, and consistent follow-up of revision cycles until final approval.
• Problem Solving: Quick and pragmatic resolution of technical or organizational hurdles during ongoing operations.

You are responsible for reliable operational implementation and consistent adherence to all deadlines. At the same time, you ensure that all processes are implemented technically cleanly, error-free, and with high response speed in customer service.

Qualifications

What you should be:

➜ You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management and marketing.

➜ You work in a structured, extremely organized, and proactive manner.

➜ You are reliable and can efficiently manage many parallel tasks (tickets).

➜ You have a solution-oriented mindset and possess technical understanding.

➜ You communicate clearly, precisely, and quickly – both in writing and verbally.
