Tasks

Your Mission:

Customer Consulting & Project Initiation

• You accompany our B2B customers from the first inquiry to the completed offer.
• You quickly recognize what's really important, structure requirements, and think projects holistically.

Calculation & Offer Management

• You create offers that not only fit but are also economically well thought out.
• You have margins, procurement, and feasibility in mind – and make informed decisions.

Project Control on a Higher Level

• You lay the foundation for smooth implementation by structuring projects clearly and prioritizing them.
• You keep multiple projects in sight at the same time without losing your overview.

• You ensure clean handovers to internal teams like media design, procurement, and implementation.
• Everyone knows what to do – because you deliver the right information at the right time.

Continuously Developing Processes

• You question existing workflows and bring in ideas on how we can become more efficient and better.

Qualification

Your Profile:

• You have several years of experience in project management, account management, or a comparable commercial role
• You think structured, economically, and solution-oriented
• You work safely with calculations and have a good understanding of numbers and margins
• You communicate clearly, persuasively, and on eye level – even in challenging situations
• You can manage multiple topics parallelly and set priorities securely
• Experience in advertising is a plus, but not a must
