Aufgaben

As Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Projektmanagement, you will support our team in planning, controlling, and implementing internal and external projects. You will work closely with various departments and contribute to ensuring that projects are implemented efficiently, structured, and on time. Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the planning, organization, and coordination of ongoing projects
• Creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, and presentations
• Preliminary work and follow-up on meetings, as well as documentation of results
• Analyzing project requirements and supporting project controlling
• Participating in optimizing existing processes and workflows
• Interface communication with internal teams and external partners and service providers

Qualifikation

• You are an enrolled student (m/w/d) in the field of Industrial Engineering, Economics, Project Management, Business Administration or a comparable study program
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and ideally project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, MS Project)
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• A structured, independent, and responsible work style
• High communication skills and a quick understanding ability
