As a Social Media Project Manager at [mediarenner], you will work closely with our content and performance team and pull all the strings to successfully implement our client projects. This involves not only organization but also strategy: you will support our clients in achieving their goals such as increasing revenue, recruiting employees, acquiring new customers, or building reach – and ensure that measures are effective and results are positive.

Tasks

• Project Management: Planning, coordination, and implementation of social media projects
• Client Management: Strategic consulting and regular coordination with our clients
• Team Coordination: Interface between content creation, performance marketing, and design
• Strategy Development: Development and implementation of social media strategies for various industries
• Results Orientation: Focus on KPIs such as revenue increase, reach expansion, employee and new customer acquisition
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that content & campaigns optimally contribute to client goals

Qualifications

• Experience in online or social media marketing (agency experience or career changers welcome)
• Structured and independent way of working with a high awareness of quality
• Understanding of social media strategies and digital marketing goals
• Basic knowledge of content production (photo, video) is an advantage
• Initial experience or understanding of performance marketing (e.g., Meta Ads, campaign tracking) is desirable
• Strong communication skills & teamwork – you enjoy coordinating projects and people equally
