Project Management Office (PMO) / Project Manager (m/w/d)

We are a physician-led company in the field of medical outpatient centers (MVZ) with nationwide growth strategy. Our focus lies on building and developing high-performance ambulatory structures with high medical quality, clear processes, and modern digital organization.

To further professionalize our central structures, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking personality in the area of Project Management Office (PMO), who will work together with management and department heads to shape the operational and strategic development of our locations.

Your Tasks

In this key position, you will work directly with CEO, CFO, and COO and take on a central role in steering and implementing company-wide projects.

To your tasks belong especially:

• Building, steering, and developing a professional PMO within a dynamically growing MVZ group

• Self-responsible planning, coordination, and implementation of cross-sectional projects

• Tight cooperation with the heads of departments:

  • Buchhaltung,
  • Lohnbuchhaltung,
  • Personal,
  • Controlling,
  • IT,
  • PKV-/GKV-Abrechnung,
  • M&A and Post Merger Integration (PMI)

• Identification, structuring, and optimization of processes and interfaces within the company group

• Support in integrating new locations and implementing operational improvement measures

• Analysis of financial key figures, interpretation of BWAs, and derivation of concrete recommendations for action

• Communication and coordination with medical site managers at eye level

• Shaping and implementing digital processes as well as supporting the integration of KI-based solutions into operational workflows

Your Profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business administration, health management, human medicine, economics or comparable qualification
• Experience in project management, ideally in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment
• Medical pre-knowledge or experience in the outpatient healthcare sector or MVZ environment are advantageous but not a requirement
• Very good business understanding as well as ability to read, interpret, and discuss BWAs with stakeholders
• High affinity to digital processes, automation, and KI-based applications
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Communication strength and confident appearance towards management, departments, and medical partners
• High self-responsibility, implementation strength, and willingness to travel within Germany
