Your role with us – Project Management

A request goes in.
A defects list from a sale.
An inspection report from an expert assessment or fire safety survey.
Or a specific inquiry for renovation or modernization measures in existing properties.

You take responsibility.

You analyze the request, structure measure packages, and bring order to complex workflows.
You obtain tenders, evaluate them, agree on measures with property owners, and coordinate implementation through our partner craftsmen after release.

You accompany execution, keep track of schedules, budgets, and quality, support at inspections, and review related documentation.

You are the central interface between clients, property owners, administrators, tenants, and executing companies, creating reliability where it is crucial in existing properties.

You work from our location in Potsdam and manage projects and measures nationwide in the sectors of trade, healthcare, and social services.

What you'll be doing with us

• You organize, control, and document building and maintenance projects up to €100,000
• You obtain tenders, create your own tenders, and review incoming and outgoing invoices
• You maintain all relevant processes fully, transparently, and structured in our own developed ticket system
• You coordinate craftsmen reliably, respectfully, and solution-oriented
• You communicate with property owners, administrators, and tenants and inform transparently about project status
• You monitor schedules, budgets, and project progress and ensure a smooth workflow

(The workload is tailored to your part-time or full-time model – either way.)

Who we're looking for

We are looking for people with attitude – in full-time or part-time (m/w/d).

You fit in if:

• You can keep track of multiple projects
• You communicate clearly, respectfully, and bindingly

For part-time students:
You are studying, for example, Facility Management, Real Estate, Building Engineering, or a comparable program and want to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.

For full-time employees:

• A degree in the field of engineering, architecture, facility management, or technical building management

or

• A completed technical training, for example, in Facility Management, TGA, or a related field (including project assistance)
• Professional experience in technical property management, project management, or the construction and real estate industry
• Tech-savviness for properties and inter-trade connections
• Familiarity with PC, Outlook, digital tools, and documentation systems
