Project Management Insurance Software (all Genders)

Founded in 2002 and with locations in Munich and Lisbon, we are a specialized IT and consulting partner for health insurance companies and benefit agencies with around 45 employees. Our focus is on the introduction and further development of standardized software solutions, combined with in-depth industry expertise and efficient processes. With our products and services, we support our customers in reducing complexity, automating processes, and sustainably promoting high-quality healthcare.

Tasks

Your Role:

• Management of IT projects for the implementation of software solutions in the (health) insurance industry and benefits sector
• Responsibility for project planning, control, and execution using established project management methods (e.g., IPMA, PMI, or PRINCE2)
• Close collaboration with business departments to ensure precise implementation of requirements
• Management of interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers
• Identification and management of risks, dependencies, and target deviations
• Ensuring compliance with time, budget, and quality specifications

Qualifications

Who You Are:

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Health Economics, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in IT project management, ideally in the insurance or finance sector
• Proven project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Strong methodological expertise in classic and agile project management approaches
• Good understanding of business processes and regulatory requirements in the insurance or finance industry
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured way of working
• Fluent German and very good English skills are a matter of course

• Regular presence at the Munich location at least two to three days a week, especially for team collaboration and during the onboarding phase.

• Customer Projects:

• On-site appointments at our customers are required depending on the project phase and customer requirements.

• Travel activity may increase, especially during the implementation phase. Multi-day customer assignments with overnight stays are quite common.
