PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLUMBING (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage plumbing projects from order acceptance to handover
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants
• Prepare quotes, schedules, and budgets, and continuously monitor costs
• Ensure proper execution and compliance with quality, safety, and deadline specifications
• Manage contact persons, conduct site meetings, and document project progress

Profile

• Completed training in the plumbing sector, ideally supplemented by further training in project management or building technology
• Experience in managing or coordinating plumbing projects
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing technology and relevant standards and regulations
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Clear communication, confident demeanor, and enjoyment of collaboration with various project participants
