Tasks

About the role

You will lead the worldwide implementation of SAP S/4HANA with a focus on production-oriented companies.

Responsibilities

• Globale Projektverantwortung: You will lead the worldwide implementation of SAP S/4HANA with a focus on production-oriented companies.
• Integrationsmanagement: You will ensure the smooth integration of SAP solutions (Ariba, PP/DS, EWM, IBP) as well as external systems like Siemens Teamcenter.
• Teamführung: You will lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate the various sub-projects within the overall program.
• Projektsteuerung: You will be fully responsible for scope, timeliness, budget compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Stakeholder-Management: As a central interface between team leaders, PMO, and the line organization, you will ensure transparent decision-making and consistent communication.

Qualification

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder Ingenieurwesen) with a focus on ERP.
• Expertise: Long-standing, verifiable experience in leading global SAP projects.
• Methodik: Funded knowledge in resource management, project management, and strategic consulting for management.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Persönlichkeit: You work independently, proactively, and analytically. Your high stress tolerance and quick comprehension ability are characteristic of you.
• Mobilität: The willingness to regular business trips within and outside Germany is self-evident for you.

Required skills
