If you are looking for a new professional challenge, we would be delighted to receive your application as Technical Customer Advisor (m/w/d). This is an unlimited fixed-term position with our business partner. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: In addition, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor installation orders, turnarounds, and special projects.
You will also ensure compliance with statutory regulations, such as the Measurement Stations Act, VDE, and TAB.
Furthermore, you will handle technical malfunctions, complaints, and special cases in the measurement station operation.
You will create, check, and maintain technical documentation, evaluations, and instructions.
You will also support network expansion planning and actively contribute to the further development of standards in metering technology.
You will manage the ERP system in the area of measurement stations.
In addition, you will participate in the on-call duty and take an interest in occupational health and safety matters.
YOU BRING WITH YOU: You have a completed training as a master or technician in the field of electrical engineering or equivalent qualification.
You also have several years of professional experience in the energy sector, ideally in the measurement station or network operation.
You possess comprehensive knowledge of power grid operations and installations, as well as occupational health and safety.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, ideally with Aus-B certification and 20kV switching authorization, is advantageous but can also be acquired through further training on site during the induction period.
You hold at least a class B driver's license, additional classes are desirable.
You demonstrate independent, reliable, and responsible working habits.
You also bring team skills, good communication skills, and a service-oriented approach with you.
