Aufgaben

• Project Management: Coordination and monitoring of all project participants – internally and externally.
• Planning and Implementation: Creation and adherence to construction time and resource plans, taking into account time and budget guidelines.
• Permit Management: Control of permit processes and active participation in pre- and post-calculations of projects.
• Communication: Regular contact with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders on site.
• Reporting: Preparation of reports and documentation for project development, quality, and costs.
• Safety at Work: Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations for own and external personnel.
• Project Completion: Conducting acceptance tests, handing over documentation to clients, and ensuring a smooth project completion.

Qualification

• Travel Readiness
• Experience: Funded experience in the execution and leadership of projects in civil engineering and FTTx/FTTH areas.
• Fachwissen: Very good knowledge of construction law (VOB, ZTVA, MVAS, RSA).
• IT Competence: Secure handling of MS Office and ideally with project management software.
• Work Style: Self-responsible, goal-oriented work and advanced project management skills.
• Persönlichkeit: Communication strength, negotiation skills, and experience in leading teams and subcontractors.
• Mobility: Travel readiness and a valid Class B driver's license.
• Linguistic Skills: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (absolutely required).
• Location: A residence in Germany is required.
