🎯 Your Role

As Project Leadership Digital Applications, you steer innovative projects in the XR, 3D, and AI fields from concept to successful implementation. You are the central interface between clients, development teams, and management, ensuring that projects are implemented on time, with high quality, and economically successfully.

Tasks

• Planning, Steering, and Implementation of Projects in XR, 3D, and AI
• Application of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Classical Project Management Methods
• Responsibility for Timelines, Budgets, Quality, and Economic Success
• Quality Control and Project Completion
• Coordination & Communication
• Zentral Interface between Clients, Design, Development, and External Partners
• Definition of Requirements and Creation of Technical Concepts
• Cordination of Interdisciplinary Teams and Alignment of Various Departments
• Clear and Understandable Communication of Technical Content
• Client Support
• Consultation of Clients on Digital, Immersive, and AI-Based Solutions
• Accompaniment throughout the Project Cycle and Beyond
• Presentation of Concepts and Project Results

Qualification

• Experience in Project Management, preferably in Digital Projects, XR, 3D, or AI
• Knowledge of Agile and Classical Project Management Methods or Willingness to Further Education
• Techical Understanding of XR Technologies, 3D Applications, and/or AI Systems
• Organizational Talent and Structured Work Style even in Complex Projects
• Communication Strength and Enjoyment of Collaboration with Various Departments
• Self-Responsible and Solution-Oriented Work Style
