Project Leader/Engineering Project Manager for HLS or Electrical (m/w/d) in Kiel

Since 1993, peil and partner ingenieure GmbH has been a fixed presence in the energy-efficient, economical, and sustainable supply technology. We take on various engineering services for buildings and energy centers at our locations in Braunschweig, Berlin, Halle, and Kiel. With over 30 years of experience and a dynamic team, we dedicate ourselves to exciting projects nationwide and are currently working significantly on the decarbonization of the building sector.

Tasks

• You plan and accompany electrical installations in demanding construction projects – from concept to handover.
• You process all performance phases of HOAI in the field of electrical engineering (high-voltage, low-voltage, safety technology).
• You create plan documents, tenders, and performance schedules – or develop yourself step by step.
• You coordinate with building owners, specialists, and project participants and ensure a smooth process.
• You monitor deadlines, costs, and quality – and keep your projects in sight even on the construction site.
• Depending on your level of experience, you actively contribute to the further development of our planning standards and internal knowledge transfer.

Qualification

• Completed studies in electrical engineering or a further education as a state-approved technician in electrical engineering.
• First-hand experience or comprehensive practice in planning electrical installations for high-rise buildings (e.g. high-voltage, low-voltage, safety technology).
• Familiarity with common MS-Office applications, HOAI and VOB (experience level depending on the level).
• Desirable: Knowledge of ALPI Caneco, Dialux, Simaris, HagerCad, iTWO, Orca AVA, Revit or AutoCAD – no prerequisite.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, team spirit, and communicative skills.
