We are looking for a Team Leader in the field of heat pumps for our craft partners' teams! Do you know your way around the SHK (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) sector, already have experience in project or team leadership, and are interested in a new challenge? Then apply now! ☀️

Your Tasks

• You manage the capacities and utilization of our craft partners' teams

• You are responsible for the punctual completion of heat pump construction sites at our customers' premises

• You are responsible for several craft teams

Your Profile

• You have a master craftsman's certificate or a completed degree in the SHK sector

• You already have experience in project or team leadership

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience

• You possess a hands-on mentality
