Project Leader and Analyst: Co-operations Models & Network Takeovers

Tasks

• As Project Leader and Analyst: Co-operations Models & Network Takeovers, you are responsible for projects related to municipal participation models and network takeovers for electricity, gas, and water networks.
• You will take over project management for the preparation and implementation of participation models with municipalities and city utilities. Also, project management for the operational implementation of participation models and network takeover negotiations belongs to your areas of responsibility.
• You will create and evaluate business cases for participation models with municipalities and city utilities.
• In preparation for price negotiations, you will conduct independent network assessments using common evaluation methods such as sensitivity analyses and scenario planning, and work closely with the regulatory management and controlling team.
• Your support in analyzing key figures and financial data for other projects of the Municipal Partner Management and Concessions department, as well as preparing your results for committees and management, rounds out your task area.

Qualification

• You bring a completed degree in economics with a focus on corporate finance, controlling, business administration, or accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
• You can demonstrate several years of professional experience in the field of company valuation, transaction advisory services, or at a network operator, in a management consulting firm, or an auditing firm with a focus on regulated networks (electricity and gas). Your knowledge of financial modeling and fundamental knowledge of common evaluation methods are advantageous.
• You stand out through negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• In the application of common MS Office applications, you are confident, and you bring at least conversational German language skills in writing and speaking with.
