Project Leader: Heizungstechnik / Versorgungstechnik (m/w/d)

The Energy Specialists GmbH is an independent engineering office for energy and building technology consulting with its headquarters in Munich. Since our founding in 2022, we have successfully implemented over 1,000 projects in the field of energetic renovation, TGA planning, and grant assistance.

Aufgaben

Self-responsible project leadership (performance phases 1-8)

• Independent leadership of TGA projects with a focus on heating technology

• Mainly multi-family homes, partly non-residential buildings – mostly eligible, regenerative heating systems in place

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of performance phases 1-8 according to HOAI:

• Site investigation & preliminary planning

• Drafting and execution planning

• Bid, award, construction supervision

• Accounting review and acceptance

• Analysis and evaluation of existing and planned heating systems:

• Heat pumps and hybrid systems

• District heating connections and building networks

• Basing on existing facilities with partly complex hydraulics

Schnittstellenkoordination

• Coordination with adjacent trades and other project participants

• Tight coordination with:

• Energy consulting & internal back office

• External specialist planners and executing companies

• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs

Bauherrenvertretung & Kundenkontakt

• Direct point of contact for property owners or building management

• Building owner representation during execution

• Factual presentation of concepts, e.g.:

• in property owners' meetings (ETVs)

• in project and coordination meetings

Führung & Organisation

• Factual leadership and coordination of back office employees in the project context
• Structuring and further development of internal workflows in the project business

Energie- & Fördermittelberatung (optional / perspektivisch)

• Factual leadership and presentation of comprehensive renovation concepts

• Techincal classification of funding opportunities (BEG, municipal programs)

• Coordination of grant applications with our specialized back office

• EEE certification not mandatory, but advantageous

• The further qualification will be supported and financed by us

Qualifikation

Completed studies or training in the field:

• Versorgungstechnik / TGA
• Energie- & Gebäudetechnik
• Meister / Techniker SHK

Multiple years of professional experience in the fields:

• TGA planning
• BUILDING LEADERSHIP
• Project leadership in place

Other requirements:

• Safe, professional demeanor towards customers and project participants
• Structured work approach, decision-making strength, and responsibility awareness
• Experience with planning and calculation software (e.g. Hottgenroth – not mandatory, but possible)
• Driver's license Class B
• Readiness for on-site meetings in the Munich area
