• Versatile planning tasks: You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring building projects in the field of technical building equipment for educational, care, and cultural institutions as well as residential buildings and private properties.

• Challenging calculations: From dimensioning energy networks to planning lighting systems – you bring your expertise into calculation and design.

• Feasibility studies: You create comprehensive feasibility analyses and conduct status assessments to lay the foundation for successful projects.

• Individual solutions: Develop different execution variants and bring innovative approaches into planning.

• Detailed documentation: You prepare performance descriptions and performance schedules that serve as a basis for implementation.

• Project guidance: Guide and monitor your projects throughout all phases – from the first idea to completion – and ensure that all requirements are met.

• Cost management: You keep track of project costs at all times – from the initial rough estimate to the coordinated cost calculation with clients and project participants, up to the final cost statement. This ensures that the budget is maintained throughout the entire project period.
