- Planning and realization of demanding projects from the study phase to handover to the client
- Independent technical and financial management of projects
- Creation of plans and building technology models in 3D
- Creation of schematics and submissions as well as carrying out calculations
- Participation in internal and external project meetings
- Close cooperation with other specialist areas of A+W
- Leadership of project teams
- Education as a Technician HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
- Enjoyment of technology and modern working methods
- Interest in model-based planning with digital tools
- You enjoy working in a team and collaboratively
- Reliable and conscientious character with a goal-oriented approach to work
- Active contribution of enthusiasm in sanitary technology, whether in concepts, projects, or daily customer interactions
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CAD
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
