Project Leader / Project Coordinator

Our projects are as diverse as our customers – and that's exactly why we need someone who keeps an overview, thinks along and gets things done What you'll be doing at our company: Project management, coordination and implementation of individual event projects from concept to completion. This includes planning, organization, and control of all project-related tasks, as well as communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards. Your tasks will include: • Project planning and coordination • Budgeting and cost control • Scheduling and timeline management • Risk assessment and mitigation • Communication and stakeholder management • Quality assurance and control • Monitoring and reporting of project progress • Collaboration with internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure successful project implementation. What we're looking for: • Proven experience in project management or a related field • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., event management, marketing, business administration) • Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage.
