Your Tasks:

• Conceptual creation of projects in the project planning phase
• Leading internal project teams
• Ensuring qualitative and cost-efficient project processing
• Ensuring contract fulfillment
• Coordination between the office and external stakeholders
• Ensuring the interface for subsequent planning phases
• Ensuring the legal compliance and permit feasibility of construction projects

Your Skills:

• Experience in SIA 102 phases and project management
• Independent project leadership
• Leadership experience and good communication skills
• Reliability, resilience, and commitment
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD
• Fluent German, both written and spoken
