About Us

engitec AG plans and implements photovoltaic, storage, and electric charging solutions for private and commercial customers in the greater Winterthur area and its surroundings. As a growing company, we combine technical expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, and personal collaboration.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual as a Project Manager Photovoltaics to structure and lead our projects and competently support our customers. In this role, you will take responsibility from project handover to the successful acceptance and commissioning of the system.

Your Tasks

Project Planning and Coordination

• Planning and coordination of photovoltaic projects from project approval to commissioning

• Technical advice and support for customers during project execution

• Preparation, review, and adjustment of execution documents

• Preparation and coordination of project, schedule, and execution plans

• Coordination and management of subcontractors and external service providers

• Procurement of materials and equipment as well as organization of material provision

• Organization and coordination of assembly operations

• Supervision and monitoring of assembly work with regard to quality, safety, and project specifications

• Coordination of project changes and alignment with project stakeholders

• Organization and execution of acceptances, customer briefings, and project handovers

Technical Design and Consulting

• Technical and economic design of photovoltaic systems, battery storage, and e-mobility solutions

• Technical point of contact for customers, authorities, network operators, as well as internal and external project stakeholders

Project Controlling and Invoicing

• Project-related invoicing and coordination of interim invoices

• Ongoing monitoring of project costs as well as post-calculation of completed projects

What You Bring

• A completed electrical engineering or comparable technical basic training, for example, as an EFZ electrician or EFZ assembly electrician

• Professional experience in project management in the field of photovoltaics, electrical engineering, or building technology

• Good knowledge in the field of photovoltaics as well as understanding of DC and AC installations

• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as NIV, NIN, and SIA is an advantage

• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a strong awareness of quality and costs

• Organizational talent and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and maintain an overview even with changing requirements

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as collaboration with assembly teams, trade partners, and subcontractors

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

• Driver's license category B

• Interest in renewable energies as well as motivation to develop further in the areas of photovoltaics, storage solutions, and e-mobility
