Project Leader - New and Refurbishment
Job description
- You are responsible for the entire project lifecycle – from planning to opening – for new and refurbishments of our BIPA store locations, keeping budget, deadlines, and quality in mind.
- You organize and steer the procurement processes, take over the contract awarding, and ensure that all applicable guidelines are complied with.
- You support the creation of lease and framework agreements and review official regulations.
- With a meticulous project documentation, you ensure that all relevant documents are complete and secure.
- As a central interface, you communicate with all internal and external project participants – from construction, house, and electrical engineering to authorities and architects.
- You identify new trends, technologies, and concepts through continuous market observation.
