Project Leader (m/w/d) TGA (HKLS)
Job description
As Senior Engineer in the Department of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitation (HKLS), you will be a central co-designer of our integral planning – from the first idea to completion. In this role, you will not only lead and manage your project team but also actively shape the future of sustainable building.
What specifically awaits you:
You will lead the overall HKLS planning – integrative, digital, and efficient.
As Project Leader, you will guide your team technically and take responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines.
You will plan using modern methods (BIM) and work closely with Architecture, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ÖBA, and external partners.
You will represent ATP vis-à-vis clients, authorities, and executing companies.
With your expertise, you will support the implementation of our ATP Green Deal for climate-neutral and future-oriented building.
