As a Project Manager, you will work directly with our customers – from the initial process analysis to the implementation of intelligent solutions. You will shape the future of the digital world – with everything that entails: projects, responsibility, team spirit, and a lot of technology. Responsibilities

Exciting tasks await you:

Analysis, understanding, and optimization of complex logistical systems

You analyze the logistical processes of our customers and develop tailor-made solutions. You use data to identify optimization potentials and bottlenecks and to improve processes sustainably.

Utilization of innovative technologies

You put robots, AI & Digital Twins into practice, making the logistical processes of our customers future-proof.

Taking on project responsibility

You will independently lead projects, coordinate project teams using agile methods, and ensure that project goals are achieved within the time and budget framework.

Integration of our solutions

You will integrate our solutions into existing IT systems, especially SAP.

Consulting and training

You will train and advise our customers so that they can use our solutions optimally.

Support for marketing and sales

You will support our sales team with your technical expertise in presentations and offers.

Qualifications

What you should bring:

• Completed degree in Business Administration or Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent

• 1 - 3 years of relevant professional experience

• Interest in robotics, logistics, and production

• High IT affinity and enthusiasm for innovative technologies

• Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and experience in data analysis

• Team player with flexibility, initiative, eagerness to learn, and structured work approach

• High degree of success orientation, commitment, creativity in finding solutions, and the ability to make decisions

• Professional demeanor, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills in German and English
