As Project Leader:in, you'll work directly with our customers – from the first process analysis to the implementation of intelligent solutions. You shape the future of the digital world – with everything that comes with it: projects, responsibility, team spirit, and a whole lot of technology. Aufgaben

Fascinating tasks await you:

Analyzing, understanding, and optimizing complex logistical systems

You analyze our customers' logistical processes and develop tailored solutions. You use data to recognize optimization potential and bottlenecks, and improve processes sustainably.

Using innovative technologies

You bring robots, KI & digital twins into practice and make logistics handling for our customers future-proof.

Taking over project responsibility

You lead projects independently, coordinate project teams using agile methods, and ensure that project goals are achieved within the time and budget framework.

Integrating our solutions

You integrate our solutions into existing IT systems, particularly SAP.

Counseling and training

You train and counsel our customers so they can use our solutions optimally.

Supporting marketing and sales

You support our Sales Team with your technical expertise during presentations and offers

Qualifikation

What you should bring:

• Completed studies in economics, engineering, mathematics, or a comparable field

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience

• Interest in robotics, logistics, and production

• High IT affinity and enthusiasm for innovative technologies

• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and experience with data analysis

• Team player with flexibility, self-initiative, learning pleasure, and structured working style

• High level of success orientation, willingness to take action, creativity in finding solutions, and the ability to make decisions

• Professional appearance, sense of responsibility, and communication skills in German and English
