IT System Administration ERP Project Leader, Berlin 70.000 - 88.000

The customer is a mid-sized, family-owned manufacturing company with around 350 employees at the Berlin location. For over 40 years, the company has developed and manufactured high-quality precision parts for the machine and plant construction industry. As part of its digital transformation, our customer plans to introduce a new, future-proof ERP system and is seeking an experienced person to lead this strategically important project.

Tasks

• Leadership of the overall project to introduce the APplus ERP system and Diamant financial software, including all related hardware and software components
• Planning, steering, and implementation of the ERP project in collaboration with departmental teams, external service providers, and management
• Administration and further development of the ERP system, including user and authorization management
• Ensuring a stable and performant system operation (maintenance, error analysis, interface management)
• Conducting regular meetings with key users to take on requirements and optimize processes
• Administration of IT infrastructure (network, servers, clients) in collaboration with the existing IT service provider
• Monitoring system availability as well as IT security

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business informatics, economics with an IT focus or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the ERP field, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading interdisciplinary teams
• Structured, analytical, and problem-oriented working style with the ability to understand and optimize complex processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as a hands-on mentality
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and data security
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
