Responsibilities

• Project Management: Responsibility for planning, controlling, and monitoring projects, including budget monitoring and customer communication.
• Project Execution: Implementation of our customized solutions in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Innovation and Development: Active contribution and further development of our platform by building specific modules based on SharePoint.
• AI in Project Daily Life: You actively use AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot to accelerate project documentation, reporting, and communication – and develop reusable standards from this for the entire team.
• Closeness to the Construction Site: You work closely with the construction management, costing, and project development departments of our clients, understand their workflows, and translate them into digital processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise and Experience: IT education or experience in the construction sector, advanced SharePoint knowledge, ideally supplemented by comprehensive knowledge in the M365 environment and corresponding Microsoft certifications.
• Experience in Project Management: Proven experience in leading projects and managing multiple endeavors in parallel.
• Enthusiasm for AI: You use AI tools daily, question old ways of working, and enjoy trying out new solutions and establishing them within the team.
• Interest in the Construction Industry: Initial exposure to construction, real estate, or planning – or the clear motivation to dive deep into this world.
• Organizational Talent: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Language Proficiency: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Motivation and Initiative: High self-motivation and the drive for continuous development.
