Project Leader:in High-Rise Construction at MARINELL & Co. - Human Resources Management

For the leadership of planning and construction projects in the field of high-rise construction/infrastructure of Fernpassstraße GmbH, we are looking for a professional project leader. In order to ensure a safe and reliable connection from the Außerfern to the Inn Valley via the Fernpass by implementing point-specific measures, it is planned to sustainably improve traffic safety and traffic flow and thus relieve the population. For the construction and maintenance of the required road infrastructure, we are seeking a project leader who can lead and coordinate the planning and implementation of high-rise construction projects in the field of infrastructure development. The tasks include: • Project planning and coordination; • Leadership and management of project teams; • Coordination with stakeholders and authorities; • Development and implementation of project plans; • Monitoring and control of project progress; • Identification and resolution of potential risks and conflicts; • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; • Collaboration with other departments and teams. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in civil engineering, architecture or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in high-rise construction/infrastructure development; • Proven project leadership skills; • Excellent communication and coordination skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
