as a Project Manager for the project „Growing Together – Health and Empowerment around Pregnancy and Birth“ for the Organizational Unit Equality on a part-time basis (8 hours/week).

• You implement the project goals in a structured and focused manner
• You promote and strengthen the health literacy of women, families, and professionals, for example through events
• You improve cooperation and communication between professional groups within obstetrics and parenthood
• You evaluate project progress and adjust as necessary

• a scientific degree in the field of pedagogy, adult education, or health education, or a comparable discipline
• have successfully completed
• can provide proof of teaching or lecturing activities
• have gained experience in dealing with diverse groups and feel at home in interdisciplinary fields of work
• are proficient with IT and work independently and in a structured manner
• enjoy working with people, are strong in communication, and possess intercultural competence
• are ready to be deployed on demand, especially in the evenings and on weekends

As a footprint-leaver (m/f/d) at the City of Offenburg, subject to the final approval of state funds from the funding call „Establishment of Local Health Centers with a Focus on Obstetric Care“, we offer you a fixed-term employment contract until December 31, 2028 in accordance with the provisions of the TVöD in pay group 13 (currently part-time and depending on professional experience, between 1,000 and 1,400 Euros gross per month) as well as a variety of attractive offers related to your employment. Furthermore, there is the possibility of working partially remotely.
