Project Leader: Commercial High-Rise Project (w/m/d)
Infrastructure Management Department

* You will take over the technical project leadership of a large-scale real estate development project, as well as the coordination and control of all stakeholders involved in the project (authorities, planners, consultants, executing companies)
* The tendering, negotiation, and awarding of planning and construction services, the representation of the property owner in planning and construction meetings, and the monitoring of compliance with budget, deadlines, and quality standards are also part of your tasks
* You will identify and implement technical solutions as well as potential cost savings during project development
* You will work on ESG and taxonomy topics
* You will be responsible for regular reporting on project planning and implementation
* You will take over the responsibility for accepting and billing construction services, as well as handing them over to facility management
