Project Leader/Expert:in Altlastenbearbeitung 40-100%

IPSO ECO AG is an engineering company that offers comprehensive services in the fields of environmental and sustainability, water management, and circular economy in German-speaking Switzerland.

We are looking for you as Project Leader/Expert:in with a focus on Altlastenbearbeitung. In this role, you will be responsible from initial investigation to successful remediation: in the field, laboratory setting, and towards our clients. You will also bring your expertise into projects of your colleagues.

This is what you'll do:

• Altlastenbearbeitung: Historical and technical investigations, detailed examinations, and accompaniment of remediation measures, waste management, sampling, writing expert opinions and reports.
• Projektleitung: Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality, tendering and contract management, coordination with clients, planners, contractors, and authorities.
• Expertise: Professional support to the team.
• Beratung & Kommunikation: Expert contact person for clients, address-specific reports and presentations, interface between client and authorities.
• Daten & Tools: Office applications (Outlook, MS-Teams), digital work, project management, structured project documentation.

This is what you bring:

• Hochschulabschluss (ETH/FH/Uni) in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, geology, geography or equivalent.
• Mehrjährige Praxis in Altlastenbearbeitung.
• Altlastenbearbeitung are advantageous or you are willing to attend them.
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement and Qualitätssicherung.
• Sicher in Probenahme, Feldarbeit, Bewertung und Berichtswesen; knowledge of relevant CH-Norms/Vorgaben is advantageous.
• Erfahrung in Bau-/Sanierungsbegleitung (Schadstoffe/Umwelt) and coordination with construction managers and contractors is advantageous.
• IT-Flair: MS Office
• Kommunikativ & verbindlich: You write and present clearly in German language.
• Arbeitsweise: responsible, solution-oriented, assertive, and team-oriented.
• Mobilität: Driving license category B and willingness to engage in the central Switzerland region.
