Project Manager* You will lead demanding infrastructure projects from planning to implementation and actively shape the further development of our facilities and buildings. In doing so, you will coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, external partners, and operations, keeping an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality, and ensuring that complex projects are successfully realized, taking into account operational and public framework conditions. Tasks You will lead infrastructure projects such as the renewal of process engineering plants in the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) area, the new construction of a logistics hub, or renovations/conversions of building infrastructure. You will coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, external planning offices, executing construction companies, and the operations team. You will steer projects proactively with an additional focus on regulatory requirements, risks, contracts, and operational framework conditions. You will be responsible for creating concepts, decision-making bases, and specifications, as well as for tenders and awards for planning and construction services in accordance with public procurement guidelines. You will ensure compliance with legal regulations, quality requirements, and common safety standards. Profile Completed degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, process engineering, architecture, or a similar field. At least 5 years of experience in leading infrastructure projects, ideally with connections to the public sector. Sound knowledge of project management and ideally of construction and procurement law. Experience in working with planning offices, general planners, and suppliers. Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and diplomatic tact in dealing with various stakeholders.
