Your Responsibilities

• Planning, management, and coordination of several parallel IT projects according to the roadmap
• Initiating new projects: defining scope, milestones, resources, and dependencies
• Consistent follow-up with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and quality
• Early identification of risks and conflicts; proactive counter-measures before escalations arise
• Leading project teams without disciplinary responsibility and managing external partners
• Transparent reporting to IT management (status, risks, need for decisions)

What you bring

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable (e.g., FH, HF)
• Several years of experience in managing IT projects (ERP/CRM implementations, rollouts, and hypercare phases, etc.)
• Strong affinity for AI: practical experience with AI tools, basic understanding of AI agents, LLMs, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Solid IT understanding: system landscapes, interfaces (REST APIs), data migration
• Confident use of classic and agile project methodologies
• Very good German and good English skills
• Persistent in follow-up, diplomatic in communication
• Forward-thinking: You recognize problems before they arise
