Tasks

• Self-responsible leadership of modernization projects from planning to final acceptance
• Steering of budget, quality, and deadlines with modern project management tools
• Coordination of specialist planners and subcontractors
• Carrying out building meetings, site visits, and inspections
• Evaluation, steering, and follow-up of all project-related permits
• Active shaping of sustainable and future-oriented living space concepts

Qualification

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in building or project management, ideally in the modernization area
• Safe handling of MS Office and SAP/RE or comparable systems
• Outstanding technical and commercial understanding
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Clear, binding communication and joy in teamwork
