Tasks
- Self-responsible leadership of modernization projects from planning to final acceptance
- Steering of budget, quality, and deadlines with modern project management tools
- Coordination of specialist planners and subcontractors
- Carrying out building meetings, site visits, and acceptance tests
- Regular presence on construction sites including progress and quality control
- Requesting, steering, and tracking all project-related permits
- Active shaping of sustainable and future-oriented living space concepts
Qualification
- Completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the building or project management sector, ideally in the modernization area
- Secure handling of MS Office as well as SAP/RE or comparable systems
- Outstanding technical and commercial understanding
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Clear, binding communication and joy in working in a team
