Project Leader: Building Projects & Building Monitoring

We develop and operate intelligent systems for building moisture monitoring at ProGeo. Our sensor solutions help detect damage early on and enable sustainable long-term operation of buildings.

To manage our projects, we are looking for someone who combines building understanding with organizational talent. In this role, you will oversee customer projects from technical clarification to project completion and serve as a central interface between customers, sales, production, and technology.

You will work on real building projects where our systems are installed in buildings to detect moisture and leaks early on.

Tasks

• Technical project leadership for customer projects in the area of moisture monitoring and sensor systems
• Further specification of orders together with customers after contract signing
• Coordination of internal project development between sales, technology, and production
• Handover of projects to production and coordination of technical details
• Scheduling and progress control during project development
• Support for the sales team in technical matters and participation in selected customer meetings
• Analysis of building constructions and building layouts regarding moisture and water risks
• In individual cases, conducting site visits
• Project completion and handover of relevant information to accounting

Qualification

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a technical field
• Alternatively, technical training with experience in the building practice (e.g. project management, site supervision, construction monitoring)
• First experience in project management, site leadership, or technical project coordination is advantageous
• Understanding of building envelopes, constructions, and materials
• Interest in technical systems and sensor technology
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and project partners
• Very good German language skills (C1)
