Project Leader:in / Site Manager:in with Focus on Concrete Repair & Building Conservation

The ArchiAktion is a specialized construction company with a focus on concrete repair, building conservation, and sight concrete cosmetics – supplemented by experimental material design and monumentally correct restoration in the urban space.

Driven by a great passion for architecture, we contribute to the preservation and maintenance of the current building stock. For each project, we assemble the right team to implement individually tailored solutions with high aesthetic appeal – from concrete repair according to SIVV to the meticulous renovation of historic building substance up to individual special solutions.

We are looking for project leaders who not only lead complex projects but also shape and take responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung unserer anspruchsvollen Ausschreibungs- & Vergabeprojekte with focus on building conservation & concrete repair
• Analyse von Objekten mit anschließender Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und passgenauen Angeboten
• Enge Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Architekten und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
• Führung von Vertrags- & Nachtragsverhandlungen with wirtschaftlichem Weitblick and a sense for partnership solutions
• Planung und Koordination des Einsatzes von Nachunternehmen and our team
• Im Rahmen des Projektcontrollings behältst du den Überblick über Ressourcen, Termine und Budgets
• Gewährleistung unserer Qualitätsstandards with a special focus on high-quality surface aesthetics
• Aktives Einbringen eigener Ideen and Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Projekte and Prozesse

Qualifikation

• Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein and the claim to create visible quality
• You communicate on eye level and have fun shaping cooperation actively
• Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur or a comparable qualification – alternatively Meister:in, Restaurator:in with a solid handcrafted background
• Praxiserfahrung auf der Baustelle and experience in project or site management
• Knowledge of VOB and contract & supplementary management
• Safety when reading and creating architectural plans, CAD experience is desirable but not necessarily required
• Aesthetic sense and a keen eye for details and surfaces
• Interest in collaboration with artists
• You have organizational strength and keep an overview even with complex projects
• Openness and interest in further development
