Project Leader/Building Manager with Focus on Heritage Conservation

The ArchiExperts are as a brand of ArchiAktion GmbH the experts for sustainable heritage conservation and high-quality interior design – from conceptual planning to turnkey apartments.

Driven by our passion for architecture, design, materiality, and art, we develop and realize individual renovation and furnishing concepts – all under one roof. For each project, we assemble a tailored team to implement customized solutions with high aesthetic appeal. Alongside our core team, we rely on a growing network of qualified subcontractors.

We are looking for project leaders who not only manage complex projects but also shape and take responsibility.

Tasks

• Self-responsible leadership and control of our demanding renovation projects
• Analysis of renovation requests with subsequent preparation of performance schedules and offers
• Closely coordinated communication with clients, subcontractors, and other project participants
• Coordination between renovation and furnishing together with our furniture planner
• MATERIAL ADVISORY in our showroom
• Planning and coordination of the deployment of subcontractors and our team
• In the context of project control, you keep track of resources, deadlines, and budgets
• Guaranteeing our quality standards with a special focus on sustainable renovation and individual details
• Active input of your own ideas and impulses for further developing our projects and processes

Qualification

• Eigeninitiative, sense of responsibility, and the claim to create visible quality
• You communicate on eye level, and enjoy actively shaping cooperation
• Studies in architecture, interior design or a comparable qualification – alternatively master craftsman/master craftswoman with a solid background in craftsmanship
• Practical experience on site as well as experience in project or building management
• Knowledge of contract and supplementary management
• Safety when reading and creating architectural plans, CAD experience is desirable but not necessarily required
• Aesthetic sense and a keen eye for details and surfaces
• Interest in collaboration with artists
• You have organizational strength and keep track even with complex projects
• Openness and interest in further development
