Project Leader/Landscape Construction Manager (m/w/d) GaLaBau / Landscape Construction

We are looking for a project leader (m/w/d) for an established, mid-sized company in the garden and landscape construction industry. The goal of this position is to efficiently and independently lead and manage various-sized construction projects.

You will be the central point of contact for clients and planning participants and oversee the operational implementation from structured handover to successful project completion.

Tasks

• Efficient, independent management of construction projects of all sizes – from internal project handover
• Contact person:in for clients and architects
• Column planning and staff deployment
• Participation in measurement and billing in collaboration with the accounting department
• Leadership in everyday life: motivation, employee discussions, team communication
• Attendance at the weekly project leader meeting
• Counseling of customers/institutions within the scope of the project leadership task
• Maintenance of ongoing and completed orders as well as general correspondence
• Coverage for colleagues' vacation needs after request
• Support in quality management and participation in internal leadership formats

Qualification

• Qualification of at least Technician; ideally a university or college degree (Uni/FH/BA) in, for example, Landscape Construction, Architecture, Urban Planning, Building Management or comparable
• Relevant work experience in construction/project management
• Structured and reliable working style as well as implementation strength (independent project leadership is the core goal of this role)
• Communication skills when dealing with clients/planning participants
• First leadership routine (deployment, discussions, motivation)
• Experience with quality management/standards
